What to expect when shopping during COVID-19

As we have moved through the various stages of this pandemic we have learned a lot. We have learned that our community will support us safely if given the opportunity. We have learned that adapting local business to the current situation is possible. We are proud that we have been able to hold a version of market from week one. Our success thus far and moving forward is only possible by the efforts from all of us as a community.

Some things to consider when shopping the market this year

  • If you are sick, stay home. Remember, we are all in this together.
  • Limit the amount of people that you bring to market. Make a list, check it twice.
  • Utilize pre-orders with vendors that make it available. You can see the list of vendors that have pre-order items available below.

  • Shoppers are encouraged to wear face coverings. Our vendors will take the same precautions for your safety.
  • Give each other room, practice safe social distancing. We have vendors spread out to allow open space.
  • Be patient, vendors are limiting the number of customers served at a time.
  • Please don't expect to handle the items purchased. Many vendors will have items prepackaged or displayed differently for the safety of the community.
  • Consider your method of payment. Many of our vendors offer contact-less payment options, credit or debit, and are still accepting SNAP tokens.
